The luxury Apartment has two double bedrooms with an en-suite bathroom and a shower room.
A secure (Rejas) gated entry system is provided at the door and the pool. Keys are provided.
There is a large lounge, dining area and a galley style modern kitchen.
The terrace is large and there are well maintained planters with cactii overlooking the communal gardens and double swimming pool.
The lounge and both bedrooms have air-conditioning and all rooms have heating. .
The apartment has the benefit of being at street level with ample parking on one side with a covered entrance.
At the other side there is a good view of the pool, gardens and Mediterranean Sea.
A round table and chairs are provided for al fresco dining.

Electrically operated sun blinds are provided on the terrace with a pull over roof section.
